Geographic Profiling Analysis II Course

Geographic Profiling Analysis Level II Course

 About Course

Become certified in Geographic Profiling Analysis and improve your tactical analysis skills. This technique, developed by police officer and criminologist Kim Rossmo, helps law enforcement analyze crime locations to find an offender’s base. Build on the skills learned in Geographic Profiling Analysis II.  You'll operationalize your analysis through targeted maps, operational plans, and new investigative strategies that target finding the serial offender where the live, work, or play.

You'll use the the Criminal Geographic Targeting (CGT) algorithm to identify the best place to start the search for an offender. You'll also create and deliver an optimal search strategy for detectives and patrol and receive practice in making a smooth delivery of the key points.
