Spatial Analysis Etc LLC In-Person Course Registration, Tuition, and Cancellation Policies
This in-person course policy covers policies for in-person courses provided by Spatial Analysis Etc LLC under any ongoing agreement. It’s designed to protect us, our customers and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible and illegal activity as well as provide access to course registration in a fair way.
Spatial Analysis Etc LLC customers who violate our in-person course policies may have their course registration rescinded, and in extreme cases, they may not be accepted into future courses.
This policy was last reviewed on 6 April 2024.
Course Registration
Course registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis. A spot in the course is not guaranteed until payment has been made. Course registrants should have already received department/agency approval before registering for a space in the course. If a space is not available, course registrants will be notified and placed on a waiting list. Persons on the waiting list will be given a spot as they become available. We will attempt to keep our course registration availability up-to-date on our website so prospective students/customers will know if the specified course is accepting active registrations. Customers can also inquire about course registration by emailing [email protected].
Tuition
Once a customer has registered for a course, registration will be confirmed by email with instructions on how payment can be made. Customers should state how they plan to make payment and should make payment within a week of registering for the course. Customers who need more time to make payment should notify Spatial Analysis Etc as soon as possible regarding their circumstances.
Attendee Registration Cancellation
Cancellations by attendees that are made on short notice leave us unable to fill seats from our waiting list. Cancellations by attendees therefore must be made as soon as possible and no later than two weeks before the course start date. Cancellations must be made in writing and can be sent to the course organizer via email at [email protected].
Cancellations not made within two weeks prior to the course start date will be charged full tuition. Attendees, subject to course organizer approval, may substitute another attendee from their agency if there is a need to cancel within two weeks of the course start date. The organizer may refund tuition if the spot can be filled with a person from the waiting list.
Course Organizer Course Cancellation
The course organizer reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. Fees will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation prior to the start of the course but not expenses. The organizer will provide a go/no-go course confirmation date to assist students in planning, but students are urged not to commit to pay any non-refundable expenses in advance as far as possible.
If a course is interrupted by circumstances beyond the organizer’s control after the start, the organizer will attempt to make alternative training arrangements for all the students, or failing that, will determine an appropriate full or partial refund of course fees, depending on the portion completed.
