Excellent course and instructor. I am retired Deputy Chief of Police/Chief of Detectives. for a major police department. I now volunteer as a crime analyst for a small jurisdiction. I highly recommend this course to anyone doing this kind of job. I learned a lot, especial about different kinds of software and how to better use the software I've been using for years!
