About Course

One of the most difficult parts of being hired to work for a law enforcement agency is passing the police background check.  Even if you have passed the background investigation for one agency, this does not mean you will pass for another.  During this live webinar, our background experts will inform us about the police background check process.

You’ll learn what the candidate should do to maximize their chances of passing. This includes how to complete the background paperwork, how to talk with background investigators, who you should choose for your references, and what to expect from the polygraph test.  You’ll also find out how closely background investigators look at your social media accounts, and whether or not you need to provide them with access.  Finally, learn what you should do if you did not pass so you can next time.

Our experts will give you all of the inside details that go into making the decision about who gets selected for the next steps in the hiring process and who does not. This live webinar will take place on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 10am PDT.
